Billie Jewell Owens Turner, 48, wife of 31 years to James “Patrick” Turner, Jr., went to be with the Lord Monday, September 13, 2021.
Mrs. Turner was born in Greenville to the late Bobby Mitchell Owens and Wanda Gail Burgess Owens. Billie loved her fur-babies and especially loved spending time with her family.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, is a daughter, Brandie Meetze and husband Mitchell; two brothers, David Murphy and wife Courtney, and William Murphy; a sister, Loraine “Lori” Lewis and husband Scott. She was predeceased by a son, James Brice Turner.
The family will receive friends 1-1:45pm Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
A Celebration of Billie’s Life will be 2 o’clock Saturday in the mausoleum chapel of Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.
