Obituary of John Stanley Henchock

John Stanley Henchock, 83, loving and devoted husband of Harriett Elaine Jenkins Henchock for 60 years, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 12, 2021. Mr. Henchock was born in Butler, PA to the late Stanley Steven Henchock and Frances Veronica Gormas Henchock. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retied as the Chief Pilot from John D. Hollingsworth. John was passionate about flying and served as a volunteer pilot with Angel Flight and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He enjoyed golfing, drawing, and painting. He was proud of still possessing his first new car, a 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Steve Henchock and fiancée Ranjitha Ramchuran; and four grandchildren, Sloane Henchock, Spencer Henchock, Sage Henchock and Nirvan Perez. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Henchock. A Celebration of John’s Life, with military honors, will be 1 o’clock Tuesday, November 16th, in the mausoleum chapel at Graceland East Memorial Park.
