Obituary of Emogene Connelly Greene

Catherine Emogene Connelly Greene, 90, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 18, 2021. Ms. Greene was born in Johnson City, TN to the late Boyd John Daniel Connelly and Mamie Rivers Taylor Connelly. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Conestee and was very active when she was physically able. Emogene loved to read but her greatest joy was loving her children and grandchildren. Surviving, are two sons, Ron Greene and wife Ann and Danny Greene; a daughter, Deborah Jean Cooley and husband Terry; four grandchildren, Jennifer Gallahan and husband Shawn, Robbie Greene and wife Mary, Gabby Greene and Stephanie Elmore and husband Brandon; four great-grandchildren, Emelie Gallahan, Michael Gallahan, Austin Greene and Raelynn Elmore. She was predeceased by a brother, Jack Connelly. Funeral Services will 12pm Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be 11am Friday at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
