Obituary of David Michael Davis

David Michael “Mike” or “Moose” Davis, 63, husband of Carol Gottshall Davis for 42 years, died unexpectedly at the home on Monday, January 10, 2022. Mr. Davis was the son of Sue Ann Rose Davis and the late Ronald Edwin Davis of Mauldin. Mike graduated from Mauldin High School in 1976. His hobbies were woodworking and fishing. Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother are, two brothers, Brian Davis and Mark Davis, both of Mauldin; and his beloved furbaby Lucy. A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be 1 o’clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Arnold Hiette. The family will receive friends an hour prior. Burial will follow at Graceland East Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenville Humane Society, 305 Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
