Obituary of Ruby Garrett Snipes

Ruby Lillian Garrett Snipes, 76, wife of the late Jerry Allen Snipes, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 14, 2022. Mrs. Snipes was born in White Plains to the late Albert J Garrett and Beulah Clardy Garrett. She was a care giver at heart. Ruby enjoyed teaching her family how to cook and mostly loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving is three son, Dirk Snipes with wife Melanie of James Island, Michael “Tony” Snipes of Woodruff, and Kevin Snipes of Fountain Inn; one daughter, Tara Snipes of Inman; eight grandchildren, Collin, Jarret, Dralie, Brady, Lauren, Victoria, Derek, and Karmen. Private Inurnment will be held 1 pm Saturday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleston, SC.
