Obituary of Kandy Lantowsky Stamps

Kandy Denise Lantowsky Stamps, 58, wife of David Edward Stamps, went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 21, 2022. Mrs. Stamps was born in Sumter, SC to the late John and Irene Westbrook Lantowsky. She was a member for 30 plus years at East Cooper Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant. She was a graduate of North Greenville College and Carson Newman University and formerly worked as a cytotechnologist at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston. Since leaving the medical field, she loved being a nanny to “her” babies. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, daughter Brianna (Bri) and son Daniel, many nieces and nephews, and close family members Winston Jewell Jr., Angie Jewell, Cayce Jewell, Felicia Jewell McClellon, AJ Jewell, and the Singleton family of Columbia. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Scott Lantowsky and Winston Jewell Sr. and a close family member, Sandy Jewell. The family will receive friends from noon-2 pm Saturday, March 26, at Fellowship Greenville, 3161 SC14, Greenville, SC. Funeral Services will follow at 2 pm.
