Aleta and I were best friends who shared many things in common. We talked almost daily, encouraging and sharing memories with one another. I will greatly miss her but know that I will see her again in Heaven one day. Love you lots Aleta Betty "Margaret" McWhite

David, Kirby and the rest of the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I just saw this post about Aleta. She was such a precious lady. I remember her volunteering when Kirby was at SES, and then she came back to do after school Good News Club before I retired. You were blessed to have her as a part of your family. Debbie V. My love to all the family. The time I got to spend talking with Mrs Benner was way to short but, it made me a better person. She was so sweet (and sassy), a genuine soul. Certainly will be missed here but I believe Heaven will be just a bit more illuminated. Love Cam, Alyssa, Emma & Pam.

Every Sunday Holly and Tim would run to Sunday School to give love to Aleta, Joan and Rhonda. Holly would always ask to sit in Mrs. Aleta's lap and read a book. Aleta would then walk Holly to her "big girl" class after their special time together. We are so thankful for the beautiful example Aleta set for our family on how to love and serve the next generation. We love you Benner Family!
