Obituary of Virginia Peden Hendrix

Virginia “Jenny” Peden Hendrix, widow of Kenneth Hendrix, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Mrs. Hendrix was born in Fountain Inn to the late Robert Wilton Peden and Ethel Abercrombie. Jenny enjoyed embroidery and word search. She was known for her sassy tenacious spirit. Surviving, are a son Larry Hendrix (Darlene); three grandchildren, Stephanie McAnally (Russell), LeAnne Jones, and Grey Hendrix (Susan); five great-grandchildren, Tori, Jessica, Taylor, Brady and Griffin; and one great-great-granddaughter, CeCe. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Jones. The family will receive friends 3-5pm Sunday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Inurnment will be at Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.
