Robert Cecil Fowler, Jr, husband of Betty Martin Fowler for 53 years, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 28, 2023.
Mr. Fowler was born in Simpsonville to the late Robert Cecil Fowler, Sr and Grace Hopkins Fowler. He was a member of Clear Spring Baptist Church and loved golfing, fishing and woodworking.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Patrick Turner and Douglas Fowler; a daughter, Cynthia Caldwell (Mike); four grandchildren, Brandie Meetze (Mitchell), Michael Caldwell, Avery Caldwell and Reid Caldwell; four brothers, Joe Fowler (Elaine), Danny Fowler (Jane), George Fowler (Lynn) and Doc Fowler and five sisters, Joann Richards, Janet Suggs, Martha Wofford, Ellen Howard (Nick) and Sybil Vaughn. He was predeceased by a brother, Allen Fowler and a sister, Donna Mae Dye.
Graveside Services will be 11am Tuesday at Clear Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
