Jenny was one of the first to welcome me when I started attending SAHS in 1962. Her bright light, her loving personality and her welcoming smile got me through that first awkward few weeks as I settled in to the new school. I didn't know anybody, but Jenny adopted me and soon I felt at home. She and I shared our girlish secrets about boys and dating at our tender ages of 17. I loved her. She was REAL, with her heart of gold and vulnerability that made you want to protect her. Jenny is a shining star in my memories. ❤️

Jenny had a brave and inspirational impact on my life. I remember being young in my 30s and her handing me a Bible marker that said, Let go and let God. She truly lived by that suiting up with the armor of prayer in any troubled waters for herself, and all the ones that she loved. Her daughters and grandchildren were continuously in her prayers, and her greatest wish was their happiness.. Jenny was a selfless person full of generosity. People like her are rare, her kind smile, lighting up a room. A a joyful laugh unto the Lord. She always said “Hi darling when she heard my voice on the other end of the phone. I turned to her many times when in conflict and always left the conversation with peace that I did not have when we began. I will miss our occasional calls. I’m so glad we had a wonderful conversation a few months ago. My heart is heavy and sad, but at the same time, joyful knowing she is in a beautiful mansion, walking the streets of Gold, a woman of great Christian Faith, and good character. My deepest condolences to all the family, especially my dear friends, Lori, and Tracy. May God give you peace and comfort, and heal your hearts. I love you deeply my friends.

Jenny was a dear friend all through school. She stayed with me for our 20th class reunion and we stayed up all night reminiscing. She was a wonderful and caring person. I will miss her as will everyone who knew her. Love you Jenny!

Jenny and I were close friends, especially in junior high. I loved spending the night at her house. She and her family were always so welcoming and attentive. I’ll always remember her sweet and caring personality. Everyone loved Jenny. A few years ago, we connected , and I quickly witnessed her strong faith and her love for her family. We know the Lord above is taking care of her. My deepest condolences to her family. Love you, Jenny.

Classmate since fifth grade. I was their paperboy, mowed their grass and raked their leaves. The whole family was special, especially Jenny. So sorry.
