Obituary of Santos "Alberto" Portillo-Paz

Santos “Alberto” Portillo-Paz, 30, fiancé of Joanie Arenas, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 6, 2023. Mr. Paz was born in Yoro, Honduras to the late Juan Pablo Portillo Tabora and Sonia Esperanza Paz Diaz. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and soccer. He was always happy and loved spending time with friends. Alberto loved his job. He also enjoyed music and dancing. He loved his family, especially his fiancé, mother and daughter, Lizeth. Surviving, in addition to his fiancé and mother, are a daughter, Lizeth Monserrat Portillo Morin; a brother, Juan Pablo Portillo Paz; five sisters, Bianca Ondina Portillo Paz, Esperance Abigail Paz Diaz, Maria Celenia Paz Diaz, Glenda Sobeida Paz Diaz and Doris Damaris Rios Paz; and seventeen nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Alberto’s Life will be 3 o’clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial will follow at a later date in Honduras.
