Obituary of Jerry Michael King

Jerry Michael King, 69, husband of Nancy Lollis King for 35 years, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, July 16, 2023. Mr. King was born in Kings Mountain, NC to the late John Harvey King, Sr. and Grace Parris King. He was a Mason and was musically talented. He could play any instrument he was handed. Jerry loved to garden, fish and cook, but his greatest enjoyment came from his 3 great grandboys. Surviving in addition to his wife are two brothers, John H. King, Jr. (Susan) of Cross Hill and Danny King (Linda) of Easley; a sister-in-law, Jayne V. King of Liberty; a stepson, Randy Adair (Shelby) of Greer; a stepdaughter, Donna A. Davis (John) of Reidville; two grandchildren, Deleslie Mitchell (Michael) and Allison Davis; three great grandchildren, Haygen, Hunter, and Grayson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Hon. James E. King. A Celebration of Jerry’s life will be at a later date.
