Obituary of Ralph Brannock

Ralph Arnold Brannock, 92, husband of the late Gary Ann Stevens Brannock, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 22, 2023. Mr. Brannock was born in Mount Airy, NC to the late Richard William Brannock and Minnie Sara Brown Brannock. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and a truck driver and was proud to have a 3-million mile safe driver record. Ralph loved aviation and was a licensed private pilot. He was a master of story telling and a great conversationist. Surviving are three sons, Terry Brannock with wife Treena, Mike Brannock, and Gary Brannock; two daughters, Virginia “Ginny” Robinson with husband David, and Linda Curtis; a brother, Jerry Brannock; two sisters and their husbands, Mary Lynn and Lee Childress, and Vivian and Brian Thompson; three grandchildren; Halston Littleton, Michael Brannock with wife Alison, and Jace Brannock; and several great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers, Richard “Buck” Brannock, Jack Brannock, and Mitch Brannock; and two sisters, Margarita Brannock and Virginia Carter. Funeral services will be 11 o’clock Wednesday in the mausoleum chapel of Graceland East Memorial Park, officiated by Chaplain Gerald Thomas.
