Our deepest condolences Donna and Serena. Bill was such an amazingly unique person with great character. We were always happy to see all of you and be in your company. Many great memories and fun times at your Cedar Street backyard where it seemed like the entire Borough was in attendance. Bill enjoyed everyone he met and all of you made everyone feel so welcomed. Bill was a one-of-a-kind, special person that always brightened any room into which he entered. We became good friends while working in the federal courts. I'll always remember one of his famous quotes when describing what hotel rooms were like in New York City. In the words of Bill, "You always had to be careful putting your key in the door for fear that you'd break out a window on the other side of the room." I miss you already, Bill. The world will never be quite the same.
