Obituary of Chuck Manley
Charles Edward “Chuck” Manley, 87, husband of Diana Lynn Parker Manley for 50 years, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 11, 2023.
Mr. Manley was born in Sharpsburg, KY to the late Dewey Lee Manley, Sr. and Katheryn Hazel Lathram Manley. He was a member of First Baptist Simpsonville. Chuck was the co-owner and operator of P&M Crafts. He was a huge fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats and enjoyed college basketball. He collected baseball cards and seashells and loved spending time with family. Chuck enjoyed deep-sea fishing and playing cards.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two sons, Michael Manley with wife Tamara, and Brent Manley with wife Linda; two daughters, Cristina Beck with husband Tim, and Lisa Delaporte with husband John; and nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, D.L. Manley, Jr.; and three sisters, Mary Helen Pinkham, Irene Ford, and Rebecca Bowman.
Graveside services will be 1 o’clock Tuesday at Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Chris Cote.
