Obituary of Jennifer Raines

Jennifer Elaine Raines, 46, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

Ms. Raines was born in Simpsonville to Phillip Lee Raines and Freda Elaine Cox.  Jen enjoyed softball, music and color books.  She was a USC Gamecock fan and collected thimbles.

Surviving, in addition to her mother and father, are a daughter, Haley Tyner; a sister, Erica Bass with husband Morgan; two brothers, David Babson with wife Ashley, and Patrick Babson; a step-mother, Susan Raines; two nephews, Austin Lawrence and Charles Babson; a niece, Dakota Lawrence; and a beloved friend, Vickey Brinson.  She was predeceased by a sister, Shanna Jean Johnson.

A Celebration of Jen’s Life will be 4 o’clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service – Woodruff.
