Martha Kay Hunter, 88, widow of Jim Hunter, went to be with the Lord, Friday, June 23, 2017.
Mrs. Hunter was born in San Souci to the late Deanery Furman and Grace Lindsay Kay. She was a member of Simpsonville First Baptist Church.
Surviving, are two nieces, Brenda Crosby (Sam) and Nancy McNutt and a son-in-law, Charles Vaughn. She was predeceased by a daughter, Kay Vaughn; two brothers, Furman Kay, Jr. and James Kay and a sister, Connie Duncan.
Graveside services will be 11am Monday at Simpsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
