William “Billy” Ross Thackston, 65, died Thursday, August 17, 2017.
Mr. Thackston was born in Woodruff to the late Jesse James and Martha Vaughn Thackston. He loved motorcycles and collecting old items.
Surviving, are two brothers, Randy Thackston (Denise) and Danny Thackston; sister, Ann Pearson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Suzie Reynolds.
Graveside services will be 2pm Saturday at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
