Obituary of William Holt Saxon

William Holt Saxon, 29, husband of Melanie Elizabeth Odom Saxon, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.

Mr. Saxon was born in Greenville to Donnie Saxon and Kathy Holt Saxon.  He worked at Cryovac and was a member of Fork Shoals Baptist Church.  He was a big fan of Clemson football.  Will enjoyed cooking, cutting grass, building computers and working on cars. 

Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents, are a sister, Emily Saxon; a paternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Saxon; a maternal grandfather, Jimmy Holt; and his beloved German Shepherd “Duke”.

A Celebration of Will’s Life will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Fork Shoals Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Greg Hellams and Rev. Jay Howard.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
