Nell was surely one of a kind. Her compassion for others who could not speak for themselves was unwavering. Her presence was always big as her spoken words were meaningful, respected but stern for what is right. I will always cherish my time with her doing the business of CrimeStoppers. She inspired me to be a better board member, citizen and person. I will miss her terribly.
