Joshua Chase Whitesides, 26, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
Josh was born in Gastonia, NC .He was a gamer and loved golf, basketball, and guns.
Surviving, are his parents, Ronald E. Whitesides (Debbie) and Jada Bridges Smith (John); four brothers, Justin Whitesides, Coty Bullard, Logan Smith and Bryson Whitesides; three sisters, Maegan Bullard, Destiny Smith and Kaitlin Smith; paternal grandmother, Donna Bates; maternal grandfather, Michael Angley; two nieces, Paisleigh Smith and Ansley Douglas; three nephews, Bentley Douglas, Clayton Bullard and Nolan Bullard; the love of his life, Denise Waltz and his beloved dog, “Molly”. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Teresa Bridges.
The family will receive friends from 3-5pm Saturday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
Graveside Services will be 1pm Sunday at Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia, NC.
