The Cunha Family would like to offer our most heart felt condolences to the Feliciano family during this most difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Tim and I came on together to the MPD in 1994. I didn't know Tim prior to this, but I liked him from the moment I met him and we became friends. Tim was a genuinely good person with a contagious smile. Police officers often say that they serve to try and make a difference in the lives of others. For Tim, this was very true. It was never about how many arrests he made or tickets he gave out. Tim genuinely wanted to help people and he did so for many years in so many ways. The MPD is better for having had Tim in our ranks and I am a better person for having known him. Rest In Peace Guapo and Go With God.
