Betty Drawdy Crews, 84, of Fountain Inn, SC, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 15th, 2020.
Mrs. Crews was born June 15th, 1936 in Varnville, SC to the late John Drawdy and Alma Gertrude Altman Drawdy.
Betty had an entrepreneurial spirit, opening her own boutique, “Charbett’s” in the 1970’s and continuing until 2002. She was an avid bowler for 40 years and loved interior design. She was admired for her flair of fashion and decorating.
Mrs. Crews is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles Edward Crews; two sons, C. “Ricky” Crews (Jeana) of Cleveland, TN and Randy A. Crews of Duncan, SC; a daughter, Jana B. Crews of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Bruce Drawdy and Clyde Drawdy; a sister, Darlene Drawdy; seven grandchildren, Shawn Crews (Melinda), Angela Crews, Nathan Crews (Crystal), Leslie Crews, Hannah Crews, Alex Traxler, and Garrett Staples; three great-grandchildren, Brandon Crews, Caleb Crews, and Slade Crews.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth Sanders and Barbara Townley.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled in the Spring.
