Obituary of Richard Leonard Warren

Richard Leonard Warren, 67, husband of Ruth Wells Warren, went to be with the Lord, October 30, 2020.
Mr. Warren was born in Durham, NC to the late Ray Alexander Warren and Hazel Cox Warren. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where he sang in the choir and loved the men’s breakfast Bible study group. He was a hard worker and very generous. He could talk with anyone and made friends very easily. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, relaxing at the beach, and hosting family dinners.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a daughter, Hannah Warren Ramsey and husband Nathan Ramsey IV; a brother, Phillip Warren and two sisters, Constance Sowers and Patricia Thompson.
A Celebration of Richard’s Life will be 2pm Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 309 Fernwood Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
