Obituary of Shirley Sue Cooley

Shirley Sue Johnson Cooley, 85, widow of Truman “Sam” Randolph Cooley, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 18, 2021. Mrs. Cooley was born in Fort Bragg, NC to the late William Vernon Johnson and Evelyn Ella Clement Johnson. She retired from Woven Electronics. Surviving are four brothers, Bill Johnson, Jim Johnson, Ron Johnson and Terry Johnson; three sisters, Doris Bowers, Felecia Macy and Ann Campbell; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by four sons, Leslie Jenkins, Eddie Jenkins, Wayne Jenkins and Charles Jenkins; and a brother, Jerry Johnson. Graveside services will be 11 o’clock Friday at Greenville Memorial Gardens, officiated by Rev. Zac Terry.
