Mary was married to my oldest brother, Jackie...or Jack to most everyone else. So glad she raised my two nephews to become awesome men just like their dad. We didn’t get to visit too much due to the travel distance, but she kept in touch through her wonderful letters and pictures. She was so very sweet to my mom! I know she will be missed by so many, especially her boys and their children. Sending love and prayers to them all.

Gippy, Sallye and I were housemates in Virginia Beach...1961. It was my first year of teaching and I was clueless! We had so much fun and many adventures. In March of '62 the ocean came up over the dunes and flooded Atlantic Avenue where we lived. Gippy saw it happen on her way to school. She had to jump out of her little sports car, grab her school papers and run for high ground! We both lost our cars in that flood.
Over the years we have enjoyed reminiscing and bragging on our kids and grandkids. She has always been a bright light...optimistic, kind, a straight shooter and "fashionista". No doubt she is making sure that heaven is running in an organized way at this moment.
So many people loved her and will miss knowing that she will be there when we need her. Condolences to you all.

Mary and married brothers and over the years we raised our kids lost our husbands and became dear friends. The first picture was taken in 1989. The 2nd one was Mary’s glamour shot. She always was dressed to the T and we had many fun shopping expeditions. The 3rd was one of our first trips together to New Orleans and it was a fabulous experience. She was funny she was direct she was a lady and she was my friend. I shall miss her. Hugs to my nephews Trey and Hank and her grandchildren who she adored Jack, Jenna, Julia, and Gavin. And to her sister Sally Bryant and other family members and all her friends and colleagues whose life she touched

Thank you note after receiving sparkle glitter body lotion from me for Christmas. Not only was she a perfect lady that always wrote thank you notes, she had the best sense of humor.

Moms last trip to the beach. We went down and saw Jack at the Citadel. She was so proud to see him in his uniform.
