Frank was a truly great guy. We were involved in Rotary for many years and worked on many projects together. He loved his family, his country, and his friends. He also loved his Church and his God, he was truly selfless and will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Pal.

To the Wickliffe family, we were all very saddened to hear of Frank's passing. My company, and my parents, have had insurance with Frank for somewhere around forty years I suppose. He was a fine man, and my father thought very highly of him. In fact, after my father passed away, Frank took time for me on a couple of occasions to go over some of his things. Even a few that didn't pertain to our insurance.
We have stayed with the Wickliffe Agency since, and will continue to, because my father trusted Frank, as did I. And we knew that we could always depend on him.
Once again, we are all very saddened by your loss. This was a better world with Frank in it, he will be missed.

My go to bad joke guy. We loved discussing and laughing about Gary Larson’s FAR SIDE cartoons. I’ve known My uncle since since 1955 (yes, I know) uncle Frank, my Dad Mike and uncle Harry were crazy guys in all the right ways. Gonna miss you! All my love and Say hi to everyone rejoicing your arrival

Many prayers for the Wickliffe family. I was always fond of them when I went to Fairview with my Granny as a child.

Frank was the best uncle you could ever ask for. He left an indelible mark on my life, and I will always cherish the memories I have of him as a young teenager, who was so sweet and kind to his annoying nieces and nephews, to his growing into a stalwart Christian husband and father, always willing to spend time with you, and lift your spirits. I know without a doubt, that there was quite “a cloud of witnesses” there to greet him when he entered into the presence of our Lord.
