I am so sorry to hear about you Mother passing. Dakota and I were close friends when Ashley and Lori (my daughter) were in school at Simpsonville Elementary, Bryson Middle, and Hillcrest High. We visited a lot on the phone. We have not talked as much the past few years, but I always considered her a great friend. She always made me smile!! My sympathies to Karen, Lynn, and Ashley. I loved Miss Dakota. She was one of the people who inspired me to be a nurse! She would let me in to share flowers from Dr. Vaughn’s yard with all of the sick people. Such a beautiful legacy she left behind. Praying for all of you.

I will always remember Ms. Dakota as she served at Clear Spring in her younger years but my most special memory of her is when she was there for my daughter's delivery at McLawhorn Clinic. Such a special lady. Praying for her family as God gives them peace and comfort. Love you all. Betty
