I always looked forward in going to Omaha to the CWS and getting to spend time with Charlie and Brenda. They always welcomed us Texas Boys into their home with open arms and good food and drink. Lots of wonderful memories! I enjoyed visiting with Charlie and really enjoyed meeting up with him in Texas a few years ago and catching up. Dear Friend, you will be missed but Go Rest High On The Mountain!

Charlie was the epitome of " I Never Met A Stranger I Didn't Like". He could tell a story or an adventure in detail, spin a yarn or two, make you think and definitely make you laugh. Charlie was kind, thoughtful and generous, a Genuine True Friend. You will always be in our hearts. We Love You. Lisa & A.J.

I met Charlie at Tommy's Ham House with the Cryovac Men's Breakfast. I worked in Manufacturing in Texas and S.C. and had not met many of the salesmen. I introduced myself to Charley and it was like we had been close friends for years. He truly never met a stranger. Over the years we in fact did become dear friends. His resilence over the years given his health issues astound me to this day. I consider it a great priviledge to have known him. I will miss him tremendously. Allen Gilstrap

Charlie was a dear friend of mine. We both worked as traveling sales guys for Cryovac. Our "road stories" might shock some and humor others. Our stories were real. Charlie was a "real" guy as well. He will be missed by all who knew him but especially our Cryovac Men's breakfast group. RIP my friend.
