I know you're happy in heaven and I'm happy for you. That doesn't make this pain in heart feel any better. I can't imagine the next few days without you and your love for Christmas. I love you lil blue boy of mine. Thank you for the love in your heart. You were a blessing to most everyone you met. I'm sorry I'm having such a hard time letting you go. I miss you like crazy. I still can't believe you're gone.

To the Tolbert Family: thank you for sharing such a beautiful spirit, Chad truly was someone special! He had an authentic and genuine kindness about him, and always had a smile that was contagious. You could always count on Chad to be the life of the party!
I enjoyed cheering Chad on while he was a part of the wrestling team, enjoyed camping trips, listening to DMB together, and hanging out at Carolina Fine Foods...Chad’s memory will forever be in my heart, and your family will remain in my prayers.

Tolbert family, I am very saddened to hear of Chad's passing. My daughter Veronica Acosta and niece Paula Henao both attended Hillcrest with Chad and were close friends. We kept in touch with Chad even through the time he served in the service. Chad was a kindred spirit and brought much laugher, hugs and great times. I remember back when they were in high school he would come to our house and eat dinner and hang out, we loved his company! Chad even went camping with us and provided the most laughs for us. I believe his life was lived to the fullest, I believe his life was lived to make others smile and laugh, I believe his life was lived to bring joy to those he loved, mom especially and I believe that his soul is at peace. My thoughts are with you all and my prayers will be continuous for his eternal rest.
Sweet Chad you will always be remembered with fondness.
